🔹 Online Delivery Terms & Conditions (Al Aqsa Computers)

We are fully committed to providing fast, safe, and convenient delivery for all our online customers across the country. Please read the following delivery terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
Delivery Charges:
Courier/delivery charges apply to all online orders. In some cases, our valued customers can enjoy delivery charge free facility (Conditions apply).
Charges may vary depending on the product type and delivery location.
Except for free-delivery campaigns, all courier charges must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Methods:
Regular Delivery: Products are delivered nationwide within 3–5 business days through third-party delivery partners such as Steadfast, Pathao, REDX and others.
Express Delivery: Available only within Dhaka city and is completed within 24 hours, provided the order is confirmed by 10:00 AM.
Store Pickup: Customers may collect the product directly from the store. However, store pickup products must be collected within 7 business days.
Upcoming Products/Backorder: Delivery is attempted within the time frame mentioned on the website; however, due to the customs clearance or shipment related complications, the delivery period may be changed.
Payment & Order Confirmation:
Customers are requested to complete payment within 3 days after receiving the confirmation SMS.
Delayed payment may result in stock unavailability or price changes.
In some cases, full advance or partial payment may require to confirm an order. However, customers can enjoy cash on delivery facility as well.
Delivery charges can be paid at the time of receiving the product.
If an item is Out of Stock:
If the ordered product is unavailable, our representative will contact the customer. Customers may choose to:
Select an alternative product
Request a refund
Or wait until the item is restocked
Delivery in remote Areas:
Customers in remote locations may need to collect their desired products from the nearest courier pickup point.
Packaging & Liability:
Al Aqsa Computers is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the transit via courier services.
However, every package is prepared and dispatched with maximum care to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Charge Breakdown:
Inside Dhaka: BDT 80 for up to 1 KG
Outside Dhaka: BDT 130 for up to 1 KG
Additional charges per KG:
Inside Dhaka: BDT 15–20
Outside Dhaka: BDT 20–30
Note: The above charges are fully determined by the third-party delivery partners and may change at any time. Updated charges will be published on the website accordingly from time to time.
SSLCOMMERZ Charges/Bank/BKash/Nagad/Card Charges:
Applicable charges must be paid by the customer.
Important Instructions for Express Delivery:
Express Delivery is available only within Dhaka City.
For same-day delivery, booking must be confirmed by 10:00 AM.
For Pathao, Steadfast or REDX deliveries, customers must provide following information: customer name, complete delivery address, active mobile number and email address.
Pinned map location.
An alternative/emergency phone number.

🔹 অনলাইন ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলী (আল আকসা কম্পিউটার্স)

অনলাইন গ্রাহকদের জন্য দ্রুত, নিরাপদ ও সুবিধাজনক ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করাই আমাদের লক্ষ্য। নিচে আমাদের ডেলিভারি নীতিমালাগুলো সহজভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা হলো। একটি নির্বিঘ্ন ও ঝামেলামুক্ত কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করতে অনুগ্রহ করে নিম্নলিখিত ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী পড়ে নিন।
ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ
অনলাইন ডেলিভারিতে কুরিয়ার/ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। কিছু ক্ষেত্রে, আমাদের সম্মানিত গ্রাহকগণ বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি সুবিধা উপভোগ করতে পারবে (শর্ত প্রযোজ্য)।
পণ্য ও ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
ফ্রি ডেলিভারি ব্যতীত কুরিয়ারের সমস্ত চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতিঃ
Regular Delivery: Steadfast, Pathao, REDX এবং অন্যান্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সারাদেশে পণ্য ৩–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।
Express Delivery: শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয়। তবে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির জন্য গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সকাল ১০টার মধ্যে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
Store Pickup: গ্রাহক সরাসরি স্টোর থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারবে। তবে স্টোর পিকআপের পণ্য অবশ্যই ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সংগ্রহ করে নিতে হবে।
Upcoming Products/Backorder: ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবে কাস্টমস এবং শিপমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত জটিলতার কারণে ডেলিভারির সময়কাল পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনঃ
কনফার্মেশন এসএমএস পাওয়ার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
পেমেন্ট বিলম্বিত হলে স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে বা মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে, অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদানের প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। তবে, গ্রাহকরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধাও উপভোগ করতে পারবে।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
স্টক না থাকার ক্ষেত্রে করণীয়ঃ
স্টক আউট হলে গেলে আমাদের প্রতিনিধি গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে। সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক চাইলে,
বিকল্প পণ্য নির্বাচন করতে পারে
রিফান্ডের জন্য অনুরোধ করত পারে
অথবা স্টক আসা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা পারে
দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারিঃ
গ্রাহককে নিকটতম কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হতে পারে।
প্যাকেজিং ও দায়বদ্ধতাঃ
পরিবহন চলাকালীন কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির দায় আল আকসা কম্পিউটার্স বহন করবে না।
তবে, নিরাপদ ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিটি প্যাকেজ সর্বোচ্চ যত্ন সহকারে প্রস্তুত ও প্রেরণ করা হয়।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ব্রেকডাউনঃ
ঢাকার মধ্যে: সর্বোচ্চ ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ৮০ টাকা
ঢাকার বাইরে: সর্বোচ্চ ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ১৩০ টাকা
অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রতি কেজিঃ
ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১৫–২০ টাকা
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২০–৩০ টাকা
নোটঃ উক্ত চার্জ সম্পূর্ণরূপে 3rd party delivery partner গুলো নির্ধারণ করে ও যেকোনো সময় চারজসমূহ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, পরিবর্তন সাপেক্ষে ওয়েবসাইটে নতুন চার্জ সময়ে সময়ে আপডেট করে দেওয়া হয়।

প্রযোজ্য চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
